At Trendiva.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in case of damaged products.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the consignee must record a clear video while opening the parcel.
• The video must be continuous and clearly show the product and any damage.

Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Please email us at info.trendiva@gmail.com with the following details:

• Parcel opening video
• Your Full Name
• Your Order ID

Exchange Process

• Once the damage is verified, the damaged item will be exchanged.
• Exchange requests will be processed after verification of the provided video and details.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not offered.
• Only exchanges for damaged items are applicable under this policy.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be responsible for:

• Claims submitted without a parcel opening video.
• Complaints reported after 48 hours of delivery.
• Damage caused after the product has been delivered.
• Returns due to change of mind or personal preference.
